The impact of not replacing the air filter in time:
1. The consequence of not replacing the air filter element for a long time is to cause dust and other particles to enter the engine, resulting in the wear of the cylinder and parts in the engine;
2. If the air filter element is seriously dirty, the air intake will be insufficient and the acceleration hysteresis will increase. At the same time, the lack of oxygen will cause insufficient combustion of the mixture, insufficient power, more fuel supply, and increased fuel consumption.
3. Under normal driving conditions, it is enough to replace the air filter once every 10,000 kilometers or half a year. Of course, if the wheel loader is driving in a dusty environment, the replacement cycle should preferably not exceed 3 months

Open the rear hood and find the air filter.
Unscrew the screw on the air filter cover.
Unscrew the screw on the air filter with a wrench and remove the air filter.
Put the new air filter in, pay attention to the direction of the filter, do not put it in reverse, cover the air filter cover, the dustproof port is facing down, and tighten the screws.
