Important steps in blender operation
Before working, check whether there is water in the water tank, and there is no need to use a water pump to fill it up first; check the oil level of the diesel tank to ensure that it can be used; check the oil level of the hydraulic oil tank; check whether the tires are damaged, the air pressure gauge is normal, whether the bolts are loose, etc. Confirm that the water supply valve is open, the car wash water valve is closed, and the car wash bucket air release switch is closed. Add lubricating oil to each lubricating part.
Before starting or shutting down the engine, make sure that each control handle is in the middle position, and start the mixer after confirmation.
After starting, check whether the instruments on the workbench are normal. When the air pressure reaches 4mpa, and other instruments are normal, you can step on the brake pedal, engage the resistance, release the air brake, and the mixer truck starts to walk.
First, push the control lever of the mixing tank to the open position to turn on the mixing mode of the mixing tank; then turn on the water supply quantitative controller to supply water; turn on the electronic scale controller, start feeding, and push the bucket lift boom control handle to lift the boom. Put it on a lower level, the bucket is leveled and shoveled, the bucket is retracted, the boom is lifted, weighed, and then continue to rise. After the bucket mouth is aligned with the feed opening, open the door to discharge the material, and close the warehouse after unloading. door for the next loading
When the accumulated weight exceeds the required weight, the excess part is opened by opening the bin door and unloaded, and then unloaded at the feed port. Until the cement, sand and gravel reach the specified weight. During the feeding process, the stirring tank keeps rotating at a slow speed. After adding the material, increase the stirring speed. After stirring evenly, unload the material at the required position. Connect the extended unloading hopper to the unloading hopper, turn the control lever of the mixing tank to the unloading position (the mixing tank is reversed), and after the unloading is completed, close the extended unloading hopper. Repeat the operation to continue working.
